Receptionist Emma fell in love with Australia during a trip from Newcastle, UK, and in 2015 made Melbourne her home. We're biased of course, but we think the city is a better place with her in it. A counselling and social policy graduate, Emma's friendly approach leaves everyone at ease and clients departing with a smile.

Walked in with excruciating pain without an appointment. Absolutely overwhelmed with the caring reception staff, and with in 20 mins had analgesia and appointment made for extraction within an hour and a half. Dr Shaun (extremely caring), Dental assistant Nein and staff were exceptional. Will definitely be making this my regular dentist.

I did a LOT of research and attended several cosmetic dentistry's for a consultation before finally landing on The Dental Room.
Dr Rama was attentive and empathetic to my scenario, after suffering a cycling accident where my precious, perfectly in-tact two front teeth were broken, and I'd had work done at my local dentist to repair them. However, I just couldn't trust my local general dentist with such an important, and difficult, task of crafting the important two front teeth to naturally match the remainder!
Shawn and Chloe are a power duo - Chloe was very attentive to crafting the two veneers

I flew from Sydney to visit the dental room, after seeing the various natural looking veneers that they showcase on Instagram, I knew I wanted to upgrade from my bulky bonding. From day 1 the staff were so kind and accomodating. Chloe the in-house ceramist is AMAZING, I wanted a particular tooth shape; square, and wider then my existing teeth, she was realistic about my expectations, yet exceeded my expectations. The entire experience with the Dental Room was incredible. I came to them with a re-work of old dental veneers which were in need of replacement. They made sure I was happy each step of the way and consulted me with several options so I could make my own choices.
