How can I convey a truly special experience? I have bought and sold many times over 30 years but I have never met the previous owner before.
I am unsure if this is Geoff’s usual way of transacting sales, or if he just intuitively knows people, (I suspect both), but he initiated a meeting, ‘new and old owner’ post sale, and the instant connection with her, and the entrusting of her beloved home to me, will forever be a special memory I will hold.
