I had my antique engagement ring beautifully repaired and couldn’t be happier. They communicated wonderfully with me throughout the repair process so I knew exactly what needed to be done and why. The finished product looks better than the original, but you would have no idea it’s a modern repair! Very reasonable price. Excellent professional service. Very quick!

I had a cheap costume jewellery ring which I loved and took it to Mark at
The Nowra Jeweller for a quote to get it made in Rose Gold and diamonds. Mark listened to what I wanted and offered great advice. After a bit of consultation we managed to get the ring I wanted at a price that was affordable to me.
I received my ring yesterday and I just love it. It turned out even better than I imagined.
I cannot thank Mark and his team enough. This ring has special meaning to me so it meant a lot for me to get such a great finished product.

I just picked up my anniversary ring I had remade as it wasn't able to be resized bigger. Absolutely amazing work, exactly as my original ring. 💍 Also had my wedding, engagement and anniversary rings resized. Laura suggested I have then welded together so they don't rub on each other. They look awesome. now I can wear my rings again. Very friendly staff with very talented jewellers.

The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to give you great service.
I had an idea for a laser etched pendant for my wife and the sales team went above and beyond to ensure this was completed in time for Christmas.

Very pleasant experience working with The Nowra Jeweller to create a custom pendant with a chain. I had contacted a few places who were not as competitive with price. Mark was able to provide a picture of what the item would look like and it was made, sent via post and received over a week earlier than expected. They kept me updated throughout the process and the end result is exactly what I wanted. Very happy customer!

Fabulous service at this long established family owned jewellery store . I have purchased many items there over the years and the service is outstanding. Today I was looked after by Laura who helped me with my purchase , but also allowed me to exchange it when I changed my mind ! She’s a terrific asset at front of house. Highly recommended .

Mark and his team are so friendly whenever I interact with them. Mark helped me design my engagement ring, wedder and future eternity ring. He suggested stone options and helped me pick the best metal to use for the setting and bands. I’m very happy with the rings - they are beautiful and were ready quicker than I expected. Both Mark and Dave did a brilliant job with them. I highly recommend The Nowra Jeweller for any jewellery purchases or designs.

I recently engaged the Nowra Jeweller to change my original engagement and wedding rings into a new 'combined' engagement/ wedding ring for our 20th wedding anniversary. The jeweller Mark, his father Gary Brown, created the original. Mark took such interest in what I wanted, even though my description wasn't great, he sent me a picture of what it would look like, which was great because I kept looking at it while it was being made! The result is beautiful, it exceeds my expectations and I was VERY happy with the price. The employees are also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Very happy
