Katrina's area of special skills lay with treating all Neuro-Emotional related conditions such as long term stress, short term stress, anxiety, depression, fear, panic, anger, consciousness, confusion, sleep, addiction, sabotage, trauma, PTSD, all hormonal imbalances and core wounding - samskaras. Katrina's sessions works at a very deep level of your being - accessing soul level information for the deepest illumination and transformation.
Katrina uses Neuro-Energetic Kinesiology along with other healing modalities such as Zhineng Qigong Consciousness Healing to access your conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. Muscle testing is the primary technique that is utilised within the Kinesiology sessions to indicate where and why stress has been held in the body.

The short answer is YES, anytime someone inserts acupuncture needles in the body they are performing acupuncture. Every registered acupuncturist has extensive training in needling methods, that include "Dry Needling" However, the title Dry Needling is a legal loophole that allows non-registered acupuncturists to administer needling with little to zero training.

Katrina’s kinesiology session have been helping me so much over the last 6 months. I’ve been extremely impressed on how much these sessions have worked on my personal life and it has been very comforting to have a follow-up, and see the improvements over the months. I went through a 6 moths treatment for Ulcerative Colitis.
I did a 180 degree change. Started with lots of pain , nausea and dizziness and ended the 6 months training in a triathlon club (true story).

I would highly recommend RJ and Katrina, I have been on a 11 months program at Alchemy Wellness Centre and they were great. RJ has supported me with acupuncture and herbs and I am very happy with what has been accomplished. My housemate had a medical issue and felt the advice from the western medical system was extreme invasive treatment and unnecessary. She reached out to RJ whom recomended acupuncture and chinese herbs in a treatment plan to tackle it intensively. A month in I witnessed a MASSIVE change in her emotionally, mentally and physically and decided to go see him myself. I have type 1 diabetes and go through phases of turning a blind eye to my health and feeling hopeless I can ever be in optimal wellness. Was so impressed by Katrina and RJ - their passion for health and wellbeing is unrivaled and I was so impressed by their knowledge and commitment to helping others. I had a magical massage from Katrina. She had a lovely, calmness about her and was very intuitive in terms of what I needed. I noticed she had really warm hands which gave the feeling of being massaged with a heat pack and it felt so relaxing. She seemed to know exactly where my sore spots were and by the end of the massage I was floating. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. I will definitely be back!
