Creative Lightweight Solutions is based in the Adelaide metropolitan area. We are specialists in lightweight rendered construction and steel frame carports, verandahs, & pergolas and we work with you to design and construct your building requirements to suit your home and business needs. Carports, verandahs, pergolas and patios standalone or adding a rendered bulkhead and square pillars.
We construct a range of custom verandahs, pergolas, carports and porticos. From a basic colorbond verandah to including rendered piers, ceiling, mouldings and a bulkhead. Insist on the genuine Victory superior Patio, Verandah or Carport system & enjoy the great outdoors, in your own backyard. Greater options with 3 ceiling profiles to choose from.
There is a wide choice of materials available which we can use to custom design in your feature wall. There are many options available with the lightweight rendered feature walls, from a plain straight wall or if you want to dress it up by adding columns and top moulds. Rendered feature walls can also be constucted as a front fence, whether it be a high or low line fence, with a letterbox installed within.
Pillared fences are constructed with steel framing and fibreglass reinforced composite panels, rendered and painted. Our pillared fences are custom made for each customer by our qualified tradesman and we are not limited to pillar heights or widths or plinth heights or width and can dress pillars and plinths with a decorative range of mouldings.
On a larger scale, we also specialise in rendered fencing, gates, carports, porticos and development entrances for builders and developers with townhouse projects and multi dwelling units. We quote from plans, and are a 'one stop shop.' Our qualified tradesmen complete works in a timely manner without having to wait for a third party contractor to assist with the completion of construction.
