Services
At Merimbula Jewellers we pride ourselves in stocking a large range of good quality jewellery and watches in store. Unless a piece of jewellery can offer quality, longevity, value and reliability we don't even consider it as an option for sale in our shop. Therefore you can be guaranteed that when you shop with us, you are not only getting good quality and value for your hard earned money, but that we will back this up with excellent service.
In addition to fine jewellery including gold, silver, pearls and wedding jewellery we also stock a number of jewellery brands. We choose each of the brands that appear in our shop very carefully to ensure they not only represent what we stand for but that they offer our customers something different, something they may not find elsewhere.
Gold has stood the test of time like no other metal; it has always been regarded as the true currency of the world, a safehaven for investors and a smart choice when it comes to a gift for the special person in your life. The varying price of gold has made buying a piece of gold jewellery somewhat prohibitive recently, however there is one thing that this situation has taught us.
Sterling Silver is one of the most versatile of metals; it looks great when polished, is affordable and can be cleaned yourself with a jewellery cloth and some elbow grease. When you buy a piece of Sterling Silver jewellery, make sure you look for the 925 mark which indicates the jewellery is made up of at least 92.5% silver alloy.
Pearls have been long since deemed the most feminine of jewellery. The only gem created entirely by living nature, pearls have been worn by women for thousands of years. Pearls became even more popular when worn by Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffanys and then Princess Grace of Monaco, and are now a must have for every woman regardless of age.
