Excellent service from Ron and Dave for advice on a mechanical gate lock and digital front door lock. I subsequently opted to go with the Dahua Digital Smart lock after Dave's recommendation, which he fitted today. Very happy with the installation and functionality. Exceptional customer service. I had an issue with my vehicle where the battery had completely died therefore causing neither one of my car keys to work due to a security feature. Long story short I got my car towed to Precision Locksmith & Door where I received immediate assistance with my car. One of the issues was I needed a new battery so they offered to drive me up the road to Autozone and back. The other issue was tricky to figure out, but even still Jacob and Madison continued to try everything they knew on the car finally figuring it out! Saving me bunches of money and another tow somewhere else they spent time to figure
