Your old rusted valleys which move a lot of water down to your gutters can be replaced. We find a lot of gutters rust out especially when the roof is near trees and debris falls on the roof. Over time, moss can grow on your roof tiles, the problem is it can displace the tiles and interrupt the water course leading to a leaking roof.

Flat roofs require the right material to ensure rainwater drains correctly. Without the right product your roof will hold water and this will lead to the roof rusting and leaking. Trimdek is suitable on roofs down to a 2-degree pitch and unlike corrugated roofs, has wider flat trays and more defining ribs.
As we all know, asbestos is a very dangerous material but unfortunately was widely used back in the day. The process starts with a team of accredited Asbestos Removalists, they take the old asbestos off, ensuring no residue remains, wrap it up and take it away.
The roof is inspected (as soon as they finish - that day) and a Clearance Certificate as per Victorian Occupational Health & Safety Regulations 2017 (Regulations 207, 294 and 297) is issued (you get a copy).By this stage (around midday) we then put the new roof on. If it's going to take more than one day, the removal is done in stages to ensure your roof is always watertight.

The first thing to do is for us to undertake an inspection and make sure a Roof Restoration is the best way to proceed. We inspect the roof looking at the age and quality of the tiles and what needs to be done. To start, we replace any broken tiles or any badly chipped tiles that will interrupt the water course.
