I would not recommended to anyone to use their service, as from the start of purchasing my property to the end, I did not get to speak to my conveyancer. Even though, I have had left a few crucial enquires, but never return my calls. When I did follow up, only get to speak to their receptionist and got told that my conveyancer is away or unavailable.
Overall, very poor service and very bad experience I have had with them.
