Leeanne has been involved with ballroom dancing since she was 5 years old and became a professional ballroom dancer at the age of 21. She studied dance in America, London and Denmark from the world's finest teachers. Leeanne and her partner were world professional dance finalists and were Australian 10 dance professional champions for 10 years.
As a choreographer Leeanne has worked on So You Think You Can Dance, Baz Luhrmann's musical Strictly Ballroom and has also worked on the long running TV series Dancing with the Stars, over a 10 year period as a professional dancer, dance director and choreographer. After 17 years as a professional ballroom dancer, Leeanne retired from competition and has put all her energy into developing her teaching career and ballroom dancing studio.

Leeanne Bampton heads this dynamic team of highly qualified teachers to bring you a dance studio catering for all your dance needs. We specialise in competitor competition, show choreography, bridal choreography, social classes, same sex classes and coaching same sex couples for competition dancing, medal testing, social evenings and so much much more.
This is such an exciting time for a couple, and we just love helping you to make your reception memorable. Many of our wedding couples arrive at our door as beginners, and within a few weeks are ready to dance at their wedding. Do not worry we are here to help! If you cancel your lesson less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be subject to a cancellation fee (price of your lesson/s).
Private lessons are by appointment only. Enquire about private tuition if you are wanting to accelerate your learning to move up to the next class level, wanting to do medal tests or start training for competition dancing. A private lesson is structured to each individuals needs and will focus on key elements of dance such as the development of technique, choreography and more, which is not covered in the class structure.
