Great location. Garden unit smaller than expected. Lacking in flooring (mats/rugs) especially in rain conditions, nothing to wipe feet as fully tiled. Open to the elements. There were a number of maintenance/safety issues that were met with a shoulder shrug. The cleanliness was shocking! We found a used blanket thrown in the bottom of a wardrobe, crumbs on oven trays sand in the lounge, glass on the floor. Rather disappointing as it's in a beautiful spot. Apartment reasonably clean, could have done with a dust and window clean. For the price I would have expected more toilet paper and not a rusty rubbish bin and fridge.
Found management unfriendly, no welcoming email the day before like most other establishments and when we handed in our detail form it was just taken, no interaction whatsoever, same when we handed back our keys ..no hope you had great time or safe travels.
Convenient location was a plus, onsite parking was a plus but very tight squeeze for vehicle, if I had anything bigger than Mazda CX5 it would not have fitted in space. This

Great location. Right in the heart of Hastings St. Unit 10 faces the river/boardwalk and is on the corner of the park. Beach is just across the road. Beautiful river and park views. Clean and modern inside, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable space to lounge on rainy days. Safe, secure undercover parking. Great management. Definitely recommend unit 10.

Room 17. Bit expensive for what you get. Loved overlooking the park from the balcony. Bed was uncomfortable. Room clean and tidy and looked newly refurbished. Make sure you take all toiletries, toilet paper. Has a dishwasher but no powder or anything to use it. Manager was very rude because we booked from a booking agent instead of direct through him. Even when we were checking out, no smile or 'how was your stay' or 'thank you' when I handed him the keys, no politeness what so ever. He looked scruffy as though he just came up from the beach.

AVOID ROOM 8! Apparently one of the few rooms where the owner won't refurbish. I don't want anyone to have their Noosa stay ruined by this lazy owner. The location is as other reviews suggest but the furniture was damp (hence the towel), there were dead and alive cockroaches in the room and what appeared to be an urn on the bedside! Thankfully empty but summed up the stay. We stay in Noosa >6 times per year but will be avoiding this place
