I've been a chef for 17 years and the Cool Vent Baggy Pants are the best pants ever with cool vent sides.

I had issues with my order almost from the get go. I checked online before ordering and all the aprons I had ordered were supposedly in stock. After a few days I received an email saying that half my order (which was supposed to be a Christmas gift) was going to be on back order with the delivery date for after Christmas.
Frustrated I called the customer service line and spoke to the manager named Kaylee who not only fixed my order, but had it ready for pick up for today! Kayleigh single handed saved my Christmas!

The customer service needs a drastic change. We were wanting to order custom chef coats but could not get a final proof before ordering them? So we stopped the project and didn’t get a refund. Whatever. But when I asked the sales rep for someone else to communicate with and express our displeasure, she called my cell phone to explain that nothing was going to change and it didn’t matter who I spoke with.
Not a good experience and I would never recommend this company.

It seem very complicate to ship stuff back for refund. (pants were too big..) You have to wait for an agent on the phone for a long time to get a form and rma number. You also have to pay the shipping to return the stuff back. After ONE MONTH of waiting and no news from them, i had to call them back and provide them whit the tracking number from Canada post and rma. Since then they are only telling me they are investigating to find the package... I had to complaint to my credit card company to get my money back.

I have had multiple great experiences with Chefworks. Having ordered their products in both the States and here in Canada. They have been very accommodating when trying to meet deadlines on deliveries even when embroidery was involved. I am a big fan of their ladies styles especially and am happy to see their ladies offerings continue to grow. The products are super high quality and my rep Kathy here in BC is fantastic!

Fantastic customer service! I had an emergency need for a chef jacket, and having been a long time customer, I thought I would try and see if I could go to the warehouse and grab one there. Albeit against their general company policy the most helpful employee was able to help me out in my time of need. I have read several negative reviews here and as a long time customer of chef works, I could not disagree more. I have always been treated very well, had my questions answered in a prompt and courteous manner. The jacket itself is very comfortable, but please do wash before wearing to service. I

Terrible terrible customer service. I tried to order chef jackets from their website and had a question. When I called they couldn't answer the question about their sizing so they offered to send me 2 jackets to try. They told me the shipping would be covered but I'd have to pay it first and they'd refund me once I returned it. They send out the jackets in the wrong sizes so I needed to reorder another sample. Keep in mind I only needed to do this because they had no idea what size chest would fit the jacket. After I had paid shipping 4 times they said they wouldn't cover it. I needed the jackets
