While not technically part of the house design process, selecting a site must occur before anything else can occur. There are many factors critical to consider when selecting a site for your new home. A thoughtful house is melded with the land, oriented toward the views, captures the prevailing breezes and sunlight, and fits into the context of the neighborhood with an appropriate scale and character.
Pandanus Constructions work closely with the client to ensure a smooth, hassle free and enjoyable building project. We can introduce you to an architect or building designer that we have worked with on previous projects, or we can work with one of your choice. The architect or building designer develops working drawings and engineering plans and submit these to council for building approval.

We are nearing completion of our new house built by Pandanus constructions. We cannot praise highly enough the quality of workmanship and finishes by all of the tradesmen involved. Rod Justine and the form and Tony have all been fantastic and listened and responded to our needs the whole way during the process. Nothing was too much trouble for… anyone and even when things went a little bit wrong which may have been our fault they responded quickly and without argument. We cannot recommend this company highly enough and thank them sincerely for making this build a very stressfree process

Pandanus Constructions are the highest of quality builds with service from Rod, Justine and the team second to none . I undertook a large apartment bathrooms rebuild style and design completed to the highest of standard flawlessly . Justine’s ability to assist in product selection really made it easy . I highly recommend this team . Undoubtedly deserved winners of the master builders quality award in 2019.
