Terrible communication, customer service, and results. Due to the poorly taken measurements huge gaps were left on both sides of the benchtop (23mm and 110mm!!!). None of my requests on how we wanted the slab to be cut were taken into account without any explanation. The installers were a no show on the first day, after I've waited for them the whole morning and afternoon.

After my initial Stone company decided to change the price and timing to our agreement at the beginning of December, I found myself needing to find a new supplier urgently to finish our kitchen by Xmas 2020. The kitchen benchtop required 3 slabs from Smartstone. I reached out online to Royal Stone, explained the situation and within 24 hours, I had spoken to Sanjoy and had a very reasonable and fair quote from him. There were some concerns from me that everything promised may not be done on time, but as it turned out, it was a stress-free and straightforward process and I didn't need to worry.
