Don't bother. Horrid place.
And I'd like to say, that it's dissapointing that you seem to block bad reviews. Just pick up your game and be a good welcoming hotel. The are plenty of other places that are much better on the northern side of town..
I will be staying at one of those places again next time.

They knew I was coming in very late. I arrived at 3am. Got to sleep after 3:30am. I presumed I was booked in until 10am checkout time, so had my alarm set for 9:30am. At 7am somebody knocked at the door and yelled “housekeeping” and opened the door. My partner and I were fast asleep. I am really upset. No remorse from reception. Just too bad. 🤷♀️

Large room in older style motel, bed was past it's used by date, sagging in the middle but firm. Our room had vinyl planks on floor which looked good but we're filthy, feet went black in minutes. The shower was very mouldy and lots of small spiders around the cornice. The WiFi was extremely slow, only usable to check emails. There's no payTV channels but must have been at some stage as the Foxtel channels had been tuned in. The TV is only Standard Definition so couldn't watch the High Definition programs. Given the price paid the amenities and cleaning standard are not up to standard.

Very convenient location, great rooms for overnight (or longer term) stays, staff are very welcoming and accomodating. Easy to navigate to your room, pool area is very nice and the stay is generally very comfortable. Only downside is I found the beds incredibly soft, but I know most people love that. Will definitely be coming back.
