Founder and Naturopath Chae Calder created The Wellness Emporium to provide a collaborative, comprehensive, educational and evidence based approach to health and wellness with a focus on Natural Medicine.

Naturopathy is a holistic system of health care that provides an individualised approach to health using both evidence-based natural medicine and traditional philosophies to help stimulate the body's own healing capabilities. Naturopaths use a variety of modalities to help restore balance and promote wellbeing, including herbal and nutritional medicines, flower essences, iridology, and dietary and lifestyle advice.
At The Wellness Emporium we offer a wide variety of testing including both general pathology and functional testing, to give you and your practitioner further insight into the underlying cause/s of your condition. General pathology looks at any abnormality against baselines that are causing changes in the structure or function of body parts.
In Naturopathic Philosophy the gut is considered the seat of all health. The gut is not only responsible for digestion and absorption of nutrients, but it plays a major role in immunity, mood, detoxification, metabolism, as well as hormone and brain function. Metabolic and functional analysis of gut health can allow for insight into the underlying cause of dysfunction.
At The Wellness Emporium we offer a variety of allergy and intolerance testing dependent on your case. The Elimination Diet (this is a program, not a test) is often our first port of call and is considered the gold standard for uncovering food intolerances. The Elimination Diet is a short term eating plan that eliminates certain foods that may be causing your symptoms.

Susie Garden is the best! I've been lucky enough to be on the Metabolic Balance Program for the past few months and I've had amazing results. It's by far the easiest diet I have ever done. Real food and the support I had throughout from Susie has made all the difference and I have finally found something that I sustain long term. I’m not usually one for reviews however I want to praise Chae for her wealth of knowledge and for helping not only myself for my own thyroid issues but our three year old daughter.
We had seeked numerous doctors visits over a year to get to the bottom of some issues we had with her. Within two months of treatments recommended by Chae she has returned to her happy self no complaints of tummy pain no congestion no night time wakings just a short list of issues we were having. I called for the first time at this contact as a new potential patient asking if they had "californian flower essences" product for sell. I was brutally replied that for receiving an answer to my AND ANY question i would have had to make an appointment first. I asked if it qas possible and she said that i would have been charged 220$. Just to know if they had that product in stock to sell. I think if people are so nevrotic should stay home and be in need of rest instead of making the business lose money and clients. Extremely disappoimted!
