Surprisingly and unfortunately disappointed, I recently had to purchase an overhead hutch for a fire station. After reading all of the great reviews I chose Direct Office as we weren’t on a tight timeline, but did need the hutch to set up a new office in a timely manner. 4.5 weeks and multiple phone calls later it finally showed up, unfortunately it wasn’t even assembled as advertised and there are not even basic instructions for assembly. There was no specification for a flat pack by us in the order process. I dont normally write reviews , however as it is in such stark contrast to others

Awesome service from Direct Office Furniture. Initially enquired about stock for two electric office desks. Was told there was a 6 week lead time but they suggested an alternative model that was in stock. They even customised the desk top to the colour I wanted and cut out a space for a monitor arm. They delivered late on Friday so I could set up desks over the weekend ready to work from home on the following Monday. Definitely will order from them again.
