The team at Forge have been amazing, special thanks to Jason especially! We ordered the wrong L brackets due to my builder not checking them properly but only found out at installation much later. Jason was so helpful in assisting with a refund, choosing the right brackets and just making the whole process less stressful than it already was! I genuinely cannot thank you enough Jason, I was seriously having a panic attack after all the dramas we've had with the renovation...you really helped to ease that, the gratitude is real :)

We had a broken hinge on a shower door that was quite a few years old. Through some photos I sent to Forge, Jason was able to help me measure the existing glass cutouts exactly, so that he could recommend a good replacement. It arrived quickly and it works! Certainly cheaper than a whole new shower screen for now. Thanks Jason
