4 laminated panels were installed 2.5 years ago. One of the panels started to delaminate probably due to adhesion of an interlayer. When I contacted Valley View I was told that there was no warranty on this since it was installed more than 3 years ago. When I told her that it was only 2.5 years since it was installed, she told me that "2.5 years is close enough" and that she couldn't help me. She also could tell me how long the warranty actually is.

Steve and his team at Vision valley glass are true-blue professionals. I have used them for a number of jobs over the years. They turn up when they say they will, they do the job that they said they would. They clean up after themselves , they are personable and their prices are reasonable. what's not to admire? I am very hard to please, a real taskmaster, so if I say that I unreservedly endorse Valley View Glass, then, that is high praise, indeed.
