Services
For an additional cost we can provide you with a D.I.Y. Kit which includes all serving equipment required e.g bowls, tongs, spoons, etc For a small additional charge, we can fully prepare all salads into bowls, ready to serve prior to pick up / delivery. For an additional fee, we can pre-carve your meat prior to delivery (extra charges apply) or pick-up.
Your special day requires special planning. Our friendly, experienced catering staff are not just order takers. They will take the time to understand your needs, and work with you to come up with the most suitable catering outcome for your special event.
At your event, our fully trained catering staff will demonstrate their years of experience by beautifully presenting your food, carving your roasted meats and serving them directly to your guest's plate, as your guests help themselves to a range of delectable accompaniments on the buffet table.Then, at the conclusion of the event, will clean up, allowing you to enjoy your special day celebrating with your guests.

Choose the date of your function with care. Avoid planning a party on a long weekend, public holiday or when a large sporting event is on as these cause most people to plan other activities. If you have a planned format for your evening and want people to be there by 7pm put 6.30pm on the invitation.

WA Spit Roast catered for my 50th birthday on the 8th Jan. From the admin staff Tracy, to the services staff on the night I was so happy with everything. All of the guests commented on how beautiful the food… was and how professional The staff Collette and Malakye were. At the end they cleaned up and left my kitchen immaculate. Will definitely be getting them back for the next party . Thanks WA Spit Roast .

Thanks Spit Roast for making our 18th party so easy. Your staff member Cat was so professional, I barely knew she was there, the food just appeared! The food was incredibly fresh and high quality. We… over-catered for our numbers so Cat safely packed up what we didn't eat and we finally finished the delicious leftovers a week afterwards. My only regret was not hiring another staff member to serve drinks, because I was able to completely forget about feeding our guests. Such good value, thanks very much. Will definitely be hiring you again.

Easy to deal with from start to finish, food was amazing- catering to a large variety of tastes and dietary requirements. Plenty of food and heaps of left overs. Staff were attentive but not over the top or interrupting conversations. Kitchen was left very clean. Would definitely recommend

Spilt Roast once again our choice for our Coolbellup Leisure Clubs Christmas party - our 2 servers were amazing warm and friendly , Roast. We had Deborah this weekend for our party and couldn’t be happier! Everything went so smooth, very organised! Deb did an amazing job, we didn’t even notice when she picked all the plates up! What a service! … The food is so delicious, meat it super TENDER, multiple vegetarian options and various dietary requests have been addressed! This is my fifth review for Spit Roast and I feel that I am starting to sound like a broken record, but when the food and service is this good I can only repeat myself.
Thank you WA Spit Roast for another great catering job for our hockey club, on Saturday night 23rd of October.
Once again from the first phone contact to the end result, the service was most professional.
This is our fifth function catered by your company, with Milli looking after us each time.
This time we went back to the roast meats for the night to cater for our 50 members.
Once again Milli arrived right on time and prepared
