I love Dr. Nass at the north clinic. She is the best physician I’ve had. She’s thorough and well educated, but most of all she treats me like a human being. She takes all the time I need with her and answers my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed or judged. The FollowMyHealth app makes it so convenient to schedule appointments with her, as well as, message her directly. She is always so prompt in getting back with me. I can’t say enough about her. If you’re looking for a new physician or wanting a change you will not be disappointed with her. She truly does care about

I’ve been a patient here for 17yrs and I’m no longer satisfied with the care I receive. The wait times are horrible and some of the physicians just don’t seem to care. Why ask me about my problems if you’re just going to say, “aww I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this”..and try to do nothing about it. I hate that you have to see every OB doctor while pregnant. I’d prefer to only see 3 of them.

At first I liked the place because all the nurses, insurance workers, janitors, and all those people on the lower end of the totem pole were super nice, kind, and caring and they still are. I have no problems with most of the people up there. It's just my actual doctor unfortunately is a fraud who just wants that extra paycheck from the government for handing out vaccines and medications. He has been giving me false information about my tests, what it means, and how severe (or not severe) the situation actually is. He forced me through stress and fear to get vaccines that I originally had refused

I had an appointment Friday at 2:15. I was in the parking lot at 1:45 check in on my phone and call to let them know I was outside. She didn’t asked for any information but told me to wait til I got a text or call. At 2:15, I decided to wait inside. So bout more 30 minutes of waiting I over hear a nurse talking to the someone behind the desk. Nurse said “ I call my patients in. “ I’m thinking they must be tryna figure out who I am. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS ASK!! At this point I’m just go back outside to WAIT ! It’s been an hour after my appointment now. I call and was

When I have an appointment I expect to be called back in a reasonable amount of time not an hour. They always make you wait a long time because they over book, completely wasting my time. They also grossly over charge, what was supposed to cost $600 ended up costing over $2400. Highly NOT recommended.

I had a appointment Aug 3 2020 with mucus and phlegm in my lungs. I explained to Dr. I had this problem for decades. I am 60 years old and haven't been to a Dr. in 10 + years except for a emergency gall bladders surgery few years ago. Dr. down played the issue and after asking me a few questions walked out with sleeping pills, nothing close to what I had visit for. Sure my next visit will be emergency, since I got no relief from visit.

if you have to stop by, check your insurance VERY careful before step in or ending up with $75-100 EXTRA charged. I have multiple issues with this clinic including billing issues, incorrect guidance/information from staff, rude staff answering phone and blocking my numbers. I have no comment on the doctors/practitioners' skills because I see them as normal/average without anything outstanding enough to overcome the unprofessional from the other staffs.

I’m new to this area and was referred to this practice by a neighbor. I am very glad she told me. Every person I’ve come in contact there has been very friendly and willing to help with anything. The providers I’ve seen are competent and very down to earth. No big egos here, and I’m grateful for that. My only request would be to please please please get a rheumatologist.
