He is a nice bloke and his prices are very competitive but he lacks the eye for details and is not a great communicator. He turns up an hour late and yes he does say "sorry we are running late" but really a call would have been nice.
I found his work sloppy and lack of details. One corner was rounded and a few mm shorter than the end of the wall. Yes he did come back and fixed it but only after I complained. The mistake was obvious and should have been dealt with straight away. When he finally came back (5 weeks later) he did do a great job fixing it all but left a 50 cent size silicone blotch
