First time using the services here after my old hairdresser moved states and one really bad experience with another. I was extremely nervous but keen to try and correct the colour that had been done. First called to ask if an earlier appointment could be accommodated and the staff went out of their way to bring it forward (thank you!) and then I met the delightful Ravina.
Very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me prior to undertaking - as I said I was very nervous about getting another terrible colour…..

This is a hidden gem. Definitely the best hair cut I've had and my hair isn't easy to make look good! Tomomi was lovely and very professional. She knew exactly what she was doing. I wanted to change my hair but not to look too out there and she was able to understand exactly what would suit me but would also liven up my hair. She made excellent suggestions but also listened to what I wanted. Some salons look the part but aren't all that... Echo hair looks modest, but IS all that! I love this place and will certainly come back next time I'm in Adelaide.
