As a practicing NSW conveyancer, I am certified through the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC), and licensed under the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003 (Licence No.1529393. To practice conveyancing, I am required to hold all the educational and practical training requirements for a conveyancer's licence and be a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division.
As first home buyers we were quite nervous and unsure of the home purchase process. Gina was excellent! Eventual costs either matched or were cheaper than the quotes we were given. When we were given an estimated time frame it was always met and we were given frequent information. Finally, as first home buyers Gina was very generous with her time in answering all our questions and concerns.
