Richie graduated from La Trobe University with Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice in 2015. Richie has a strong background in health and fitness having played over 200 games of football in the VAFA with Old Ivanhoe Grammarians football club, where he has been made a life member.

Absolutely amazing Physiotherapy and Pilates studio. Highly experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists that tailor each class or session to each individual’s needs. Very experienced in tailoring exercises for those who have injuries. Fabulous Pilates classes. Lovely clientele. Excellent service. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

I've been attending Pilates at Motion Health for nearly two years. During that time I have grown enormously in strength, physical resilience and aerobic fitness. My outlook on life has markedly improved and I have been able to increase my activity into other areas including walking, body pump and yoga. I'm pleased that I can go up stairs two at a time, lift my suitcases easily when I travel, hold my shoulders back and stand up tall, all without back or hip pain. As a 50-year-old fella who had never done any physical activity, Motion Health was a perfect place to start my fitness journey. I woke up one day with terrible lower back and neck pain resulting in some serious mobility issues. Couldn't put socks on or tie my shoelaces! Met with a Physiotherapist at Motion Health who helped diagnose my condition and gave advice on how to improve the issue. Great physios and great Pilates! Adrian has helped me overcome my occupational back pain with great targeted and personalised Pilates program and has kept it away, which has really had a huge impact on my life!
Staff are great and friendly and always accommodating.

Rick changed my life in only three sessions. I highly recommend Motion Health to all my friends. Last month I could hardly sit trough an hour meeting at work and now I can easily handle all the meetings and sitting at work as well as driving and other things. Again don't waste your time try a session with a very fair price and you will see the difference.

I can't speak more highly of Motion Health – for both physio and pilates. The Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists are super knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. The pilates studio is spacious and clean with a great range of equipment. The small class sizes allow for individually tailored programs with a lot of one-on-one attention from the instructors.
Everyone in the team is so welcoming and friendly, you can tell they've worked hard to build such a positive community and you can feel the energy carried right through the classes.
