I locked my self out of my house. I googled and found his number. Brett was at my place in less than 15 minutes. I found his services very professional and is very reasonable with his prices. He also cut me a key on the spot and didnt charge extra. I definitely recommend his services.

I needed a new barrel and keys so rang this company and they were able to come out the next day.
Brett arrive before time which was fantastic. He was vey professional, friendly and he did a great job.

Brett was fantastic in helping us change our locks and provided great advice along the way. I'm not one to usually write reviews but Brett's customer service was second to none. After the main job was completed, we asked if he could assist with an unrelated issue (stuck screws from DIY blind installation!) which we didn't have the tools to fix. There was no hesitation and Brett managed to resolve the issue free of charge. We wouldn't hesitate to use Universal Locks again. In fact, we happily have his business magnet stuck to our fridge.

Can't recommend Brett enough!! He's very very very(Yes,need to say that 3 times) professional、honest, helpful, genuine guy! After fixing the front door he took time to help me with the balcony door as well. He also lend me his electric screwdrivers as I was struggling assemble the dining table with a normal screwdriver ;) Thanks again and will definitely recommend Brett to all my friends! Fantastic service!
After being locked out of my house by a faulty latch, Brett came to the rescue within the half hour (I live 20 minutes away anyway)
With a smiling friendly face Brett found the easiest and most convenient way of getting us back into our home!

I was rather impressed that they came out in such a short time, and was friendly and great service, defiantly placing this number in my mobile and recommending them to theirs who may need this sort of help.
