Rang and spoke with someone at Omega and was upfront with an urgent same day repair I needed diagnosed and repaired and asked if he could assist. I gave my opinion of what I believe the issue was as I was a mechanic many years ago but just do not have the tools or time to do the repairs myself. I was told to bring the car down shouldn't be a problem which I told my wife to do. My wife was met with the most arrogant unperceptive and aggressive person she had ever dealt with and after an exchange of words was told if her husband was such an expect to do the repairs himself. I'd just like to give a huge thank's to Michael at Omega for looking after me with the issue I had with my car. He diagnosed the engine problem I had (which the dealership couldn't) and had it fixed and running like new in a couple of days. I'll definitely be bringing my car and work cars here from now on.
