We have been dealing with Plunkett homes since July 2020 when we signed our provisional agreement.
We have faced nothing but excuses and delays . First the delays in administration and paperwork and then delays with construction team. Every time they promise a timeline , it always ends up weeks/months longer.
We haven’t even had a roof cover yet . It appears word no longer matters in building because when you promise something , make sure you fulfil that. Even speaking to the higher authorities ( construction manager ) is no help. We have faced nothing but lack of empathy and compassion. I

I used them to build my house...
Not happy about placing downpipes
They put a downpipe to cover 80sqm of roof area, it always overflow and damaging wall...
Supervisor said that downpipe is enough to cover that area I felt they are not professional.
Beware of choosing the builder

We are at the early stages building with Plunkett Homes.
We had a great experience dealing with Dean Carroll, this guy is amazing and very easy to deal with, very approachable and quick to respond to our queries.
Dean went out of his way to help us design the home of our dreams.
Their interior designer Adriana is extremely helpful and friendly.
So far, we have had an amazing experience with Plunkett Homes I hope this continues until the end of our building process.

Its my First home that I built with plunkett. Sean did wonderful job during construction. But office staff was not very helpful in my case. Other builders make front of house very beautiful with just a bit of extra effort but you don't see that with plunkett homes. Even in my case its different front than my initial drawings. Not very satisfactory office work.

We have just finished building our first home with Plunkett. Being new to the process, we very much appreciated all the assistance we received along the way. Everyone was friendly and approachable. The build went smoothly and we are more than happy with the end result! We would be happy to recommend Plunkett to all friends and family.
