Rachael was by far the best person in there and the only one I now trust to touch my hair but didnt like the fact another woman rinsed my hair and saturated my tshirt alot a little bit is tolerable but not the amount the other woman did. Rachael Burchell is amazing and so professional hopefully she stays there or finds a saloon who will cherish her talent. Very professional. The YD girls take such great care of my unruly hair. I love their beautiful products, that leave my hair feeling healthy. YDH is very Big on cross selling up selling and adding in services or actually using additional products and services without permission of the client or any transparency of cost to the client. This is definitely a down fall of the business structure. A big shock when paying the bill. Upper management I suspect trying to push more dollars per… client.
However the staff on the floor are lovely and professional I’ve been reasonably happy with my cut and colours.
I would suggest to be very firm with asking for a specific quote prior to your service so you don’t get any surprises

I'd trust noone else with my hair as much as I trust these beutiful people. No judgement for my frequent crazy home colour jobs when I've had a mental breakdown and they are all so good at working with you to achieve your goals and not afraid of having a bit of fun in creating a look outside of the box if thats what youre wanting. One of those rare places that you feel at home in as soon as you walk in the door. Lots of love for all of them!

I recently had my hair done by Emma and she is absolutely amazing. Right from the beginning when I had my consult she made me feel comfortable. She puts so much effort into what she does and is certainly a perfectionist! Along with her amazing skills she has a great friendly personality and just makes the whole salon experience so good. Walking into Your destination hair and beauty is like walking into a family event. You always feel so welcomed. Iâve never left dissatisfied or disappointed with the treatment received.
