Services
Here at Callahan Physiotherapy, we provide a range of services aimed at assessing and managing pain and injury, as well as the improvement of everyday health and function. Everyone who comes through our doors receives a thorough initial assessment aimed at understanding you presentation in order to take the most effective steps towards improvement.
He also gained valuable experience working at the Commonwealth Games, Pan Pacific Masters Games and was Head Physio for the Tweed Seagulls Rugby League team. From 2004 to 2007 Simon completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of South Australia. After graduating Simon worked in a multi purpose physiotherapy clinic in Renmark, which consisted of musculoskeletal, hospital and aged care physiotherapy.
Our main clinic is located at 53 eigth st, Mildura in the Advantage Health Group building. With easy access and ample parking, our spacious and private treatment rooms, along with onsight gym facilities allows us to provide comprehensive consultations, individualised to suit your needs.
The Advantage Health facility also provides access to Telehealth treatment opportunities and a conference space for community and group education and developement sessions.At Advanatage Health we work alongside; Sportsmed Orthopedic Surgeons, Jine Tee (Neurosurgeon), and Employer Health Solutions. Our second clinic is located within the Mildura Waves complex on the corner of 12th Street and Deakin Avenue.

Sport is the backbone to regional communities, whether you play; soccer, football, netball, tennis touch rugby or any other group based sport, the benefits you get are enormous. The first of these injury programs was developed in 2006 for soccer FIFIA11+ from there there's been a number of other specific sports programs including: AFL footy first, AFLW prep to play and Netball KNEE program.
Physio's are most commonly seen as the TREATERS of musculoskeletal injuries, however we also have an important role in helping to PREVENT injuries. There are a huge amount of tests which can identify; postural issues, lack of movement or weakness in muscles. Once issues are identified, we can implement appropriate; postural, stretching and strengthening exercises, to prevent you from missing out on valuable court time!
