Having the meats roasting at your function will create an atmosphere and aroma that will remain a positive topic of conversation for your guests long after the function is over.
We supply at no additional cost Buffet tables, Tablecloth, Serviettes, China plates, Stainless steel cutlery and Professional staff to prepare, serve and clear, leaving you free to enjoy yourself. There are no time limits on carving. We serve until your guests have had sufficient food. After serving, we clear and clean all crockery, cutlery and equipment (related to the courses we provide) at no extra cost.

Nick and the team.... OMG!
From the first phone call to the end of the night. The passion that Nick brings on the phone shows in his love to cook food. The meat was so tender and delicious. The guest could smell it the instant they walked into the venue and to watch it being carved for you. So fresh.

My sister and I celebrated our t0th birthday and had Silver Spit Roast cater for our party at home. We had both Herb and Anton as our friendly caterers for the day. They were very professional and polite and… the food was exceptional - everyone throughly enjoyed it .Thanks so very much and i would gladly recommend you to everyone. ..absolutely fantastic

Audi Penfold Burwood were super impressed with the entire service of Silver Spit Roasts...Nicholas & Steve were very professional & had everything covered!! The meat was cooked to perfection, we had a large variety of salads & the bar staff were complete gentlemen. Thank you for a delightful evening, our 60+ guests thoroughly enjoyed their staff Xmas party & congratulate you on a job well done! Highly recommend & will be using again!

Matt and Anton arrived nice and early for our party and were quick to set up everything. They were courteous and looked very professional in their chef get up. The only down side was they brought the incorrect meat for our party which wasn't a huge deal, just that we had to wait 30 minutes longer than planned for dinner (which some people complained about) Other than that everything was DEEELICIOUS and my family are fussy!
They cleaned up afterwards and were very friendly to everyone.
