Brooke Pugh is a Director of Condon Charles, an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and leads the firm's family law group. Brooke's reputation as one of Toowoomba's leading family law practitioners has developed from her passion for tailoring separation solutions that are unique to each client. Brooke's clients appreciate her dedicated and pro-active approach to managing their family law issues.
Chris Neville is a Director of Condon Charles and heads the firm's commercial and litigation practice area. Prior to joining the firm Chris managed the litigation section for the Brisbane City Council. Chris's expertise covers property, commercial and business advice as well as litigation, prosecutions and drawing on his time with the BCC he has particular expertise in planning and environment law.
Elizabeth Millar is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law working out of our Brisbane and Toowoomba Offices. Elizabeth Millar is experienced in all aspects of Family Law including children, property settlement, child support as well as de facto relationship issues. She also has experience in a number of general practice areas.
Lisa Geraghty is our Office Manager having previously worked as a paralegal in our Wills & Estate Department. Prior to joining us, Lisa has had extensive experience across all areas of law and most recently with Clayton Utz Brisbane. Since joining the firm in 2011 Lisa has demonstrated an exceptional ability to engage with and manage the expectations of clients, during what can be some of the most difficult and emotional times of their lives.
