I was thrilled with the great service I received when I first rang to book a skip. Great customer service, warm, friendly and helpful. When I organised the date of skip delivery, I had organised people to help but did not have an exact time of delivery. I rang Kerinda who was amazing and extremely personable, helpful and understanding. She checked… with the driver and advised me of a rough time so that I could advise my helpers! The driver was also amazing and managed to manoeuvre the skip into a small space very easily. Very happy with the service all around and will be using Flehan again

We have used Flehan Skips more times then I can remember, they are quiet upon pick up and drop off, never any issues with the customer service when we call with special requests, the drivers are smart enough to find our house with no issues, they just come drop off/pick up and go, online booking is really easy and quick. Not to mention they are the CHEAPEST by far ! We would recommend 10/10!! 5 Stars

Ridiculous company. Ordered it friday just gone, it got to the afternoon and the skip still hadn’t been delivered, called and was told the driver ‘couldn’t be bothered’ delivering tonight can we wait until tomorrow, we said no and it got delivered at 8:30 at night. We messaged today to ask for it to be picked up as it is full. Still has not been picked up and it’s 7 o’clock. What a joke. I’d like some money back for all the inconvenience thanks

The customer service when I called to make payment on the bin I had delivered was exceptional the lady was ever so polite and helpful I honestly couldn't fault anything I get really anxious talking on phones but the lady I spoke to made me so calm.. even the delivery guy was great. won't go elsewhere now. 🥰
