In 2019 We attempted to engage their managed IT services however after coming to see us on site they refused to reply to emails or phone calls asking to change the quote to add and remove things. Then in 2021 we contacted them again and received a quote which was acceptable but when we agreed to their offer via email, they retracted their services and advised that they would not offer their services to us referring to us not accepting their offer back in 2019. The vindictive conduct of this company refusing to deal with local business's for such petty reasons is nothing short of unprofessional

John (the Director) came to explain to us exactly what they could help with, and Rolf and the team came to our office to set up all our laptops with the required software. Since then, we've found Milnsbridge to be super responsive, super helpful and super friendly. We know exactly what we're paying for every month which is important for us.

From the first day with Gartner Rose (20.02.2020) I had the laptop fully setup and was always operational. Over this period I called Milnsbridge 4 times and my issues have been promptly solved. From simple access to FortiClient to the installation of unusual programs (ie Autodesk), everything was done in the most timeless, professional and courtesy manner. I didn't click the Good Value case, as I am not aware of the Contract value between Gartner Rose and Milnsbridge.

Most IT company's I have dealt with in the past do not compare to Milnsbridge whatsoever. The high level of support shown (with lots of enthusiasm might I add) and the "nothing is too much trouble" attitude are just a few things that make Milnsbridge stand out from the rest.
