Dayle Walker has over sixteen years experience as a therapist. Her passion lies in the emotional and psychological aspects of disease and she has studied philosophy, religion and meditation for many years. Dayle began her practice in massage and reflexology, working at the Ontos Health Retreat in Gippsland in 1992 whilst living in the beautiful town of Buchan.
Hypnotherapy is a natural, non-invasive drug-free alternative for resolving emotional and other issues negatively impacting our day to day life. Hypnotherapy provides a way of tapping into the great resource of our subconscious mind to discover and resolve the causes of these issues.

I gave them 5 stars two years ago, and I continue doing so. My mother had really intense back problems she was treating with a cocktail of drugs directed into her spine by a neurosurgeon doctor friend of ours. Chris at SimplyAware worked on her back without any drugs or needles and diagnosed and treated the pain better than the neurosurgeon.
I had the same experience recently when Chris’s work on my arms from tendinitis worked better than the physical therapist’s.
Incredible family and veteran-owned company that cares about your long-term health and not about giving you the most expensive

Sifu Chris from Simply Aware has completely changed my life! Not only did I learn physical balance as I was relearning how to walk following a long illness, I have learned tools for mental and emotional balance as well.
