Hopeless is all I can say. This tradesman, who is also the owner came to quote. Supplied his quote. I was happy with his quote and wanted him to begin when he was ready. He kept delaying and putting me off. His standard line was used on all 5 follow up calls...."yep..should be starting in about 3 weeks". He blatantly lied. Four months later I have given up begging this fool to begin. I got another quote and got the job done within 2 weeks.
Moral of the story...he leads you on and lies....some honesty would have helped...but he did not have the courage to be honest and tell me when he could be
