Very disappointing... was looking for a good long term accountant to have a good relationship with and changed accountant because of how well Terence sold himself. He provided 1 years service, 1 tax return and then when I was about to proceed with my next year's lodgement he texted me saying he was too busy for me anymore and to go elsewhere. I asked if he could at least refer me to someone else and he didn't even help. I work from home and my lodgement is nothing difficult, but the way he won my business and then just blew me off was completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Beware
