Organising a pick up time with them was definitely smooth no issue at all but PAYMENT wise, TERRIBLE!
Unfortunately, I haven’t received a payment from them since they’ve picked up my car, attached a proof of conversations from the person who picked up my car and Ian/Blake. I’m so disappointed with this company, no professionalism at all. I’ve tried to contact them via phone call and my calls has been declined now.
Definitely not recommending this company!

These guys came and took my car on time, as promised, but said money would be dealt with later. It's now been over 6 weeks and I still haven't had any payment from them, despite phone calls and text messages, where they confirmed my account details and said it would be paid.

Talked to Blake on the phone and was a pleasure to deal with, very honest guy. Got a $800 offer that was better than any other offers out there. He was the third company I called and didn't try to bargain me down like the others. Cash in hand when I handed over my car, happy days.

These guys gave a good price to take my car, came and took it without too much hassle at the agreed time, but almost a week later they hadn't paid the money. Blake is personable when you reach him and made sure I got paid in the end. You might actually have to follow up a few times and push to get the money (based on my experience). Suggest they get the process organised a little so they have happier customers.

Pickup of car was easy to organise, and quick.
I am however having trouble contacting the business to follow up on my payment.
this business was recommended by a friend who had no issues with collection or payment so I trusted I would have a similar experience.
edit: got in contact with the company and they sorted out issues with payment. I suggest asking for cash to avoid bank problems.

I had to wait one month for my payment to be processed for my car that was towed for scrap. I made multiple attempts to contact the company on Facebook, Email and SMS which either went ignored or blocked entirely. I received minimal contact and when I was replied to there was promise for payment but another week would go by. As I have come to understand the owner Blake has experienced personal issues that have had an impact on running his buisness.

Started off well with a next day pick up for my 2 cars however on pick up the driver informed me that I would have to call the business again for money to be exchanged.
Although after messaging and calling I've heard no response and been given no paperwork from my cars.
I have found this to be a very unreliable and unprofessional business.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
