Brightest Start Early Learning Centre
To create a safe, caring and fun environment that also inspires young minds to develop the educational and social skills they'll need for a life at school and beyond. To become Australia's most recognised early learning centre provider through the provision of exceptional childcare, a leading educational approach and active engagement with parents and the communities in which we operate.
Services
Through the world-renowned Reggio Emilia approach, we are providing collaborative, accessible and community-connected learning at our BSELC locations. The Reggio Emilia system is an innovative and inspiring approach to early childhood education and values each child as strong, capable, resilient and rich with wonder and knowledge.
We are a privately-owned and operated early learning child-care service passionately committed to the welfare, well-being and education of the children in our care. We provide an environment that encourages learning, play, diversity and skills development - all essential tools to help carry them through life.
As part of our growing operations, our team is central to everything we do at BSELC. At all levels they bring relevant experience, passion and dedication and everything they do, whether strategic or operational, is ultimately for the care and education of the children in our care.

In addition to the management and administration team (listed here), we are particularly proud of our team of educators and their essential roles in the care and education of your children. We strive to always work in an open, transparent and collaborative environment and encourage their ongoing training and development.
BSELC recognises the importance of fostering positive interaction and engagement between staff, educators and the children they care for. BSELC employees are to always interact and communicate with children in a professional and ethical manner ensuring the highest possible standards of care at all times.
The BSELC Reggio Emiliacurriculum is co-constructed with the children as well as influenced by our family and the local community. We value diversity and encourage tolerance for all cultures, and hold events for the whole BSELC community to become involved in.

Each day, BSELC educators and children meet and talk about what they have learnt, things they would like to learn about, discuss their current projects and make decisions on the learning opportunities to be made available for the day.Our parents are also invited to be involved in our program. Their ideas and suggestions for learning opportunities can be added to the BSELC Parent Input Sheet.

Lovely staff to deal with, they treat my twin boys with lots of love and care which I'm thankful for. My boys have been enrolled for the past 8 months and they're so much well behaved when they're at home. No more fighting with each other and seem so much happier. Great job!

Not recommending for your child. I put my son in there and his social behaviour is totally changed. Now he is so scared to anybody. Staff are behaving good on your face but sure enough not behind you. Try not to settle, not offering water, not interecting with the child while crying, leaving the child alone on the bed, crying, seperate bed from rest of the children. It Breaks my heart as I walk in the center and seen my child laying down on the bed, crying alone, seperate from rest of the children and obviously no staff with him.
Another day I left my child while he was holding one educators hand

My daughter has been enrolled in Brightest Start Early centre for almost 2 years and in this time she has grown so much. From starting out being a shy girl, Brightest start have embraced that and worked on building her confidence. She now can’t wait for school days and raves on about her educators! Brightest start are a trusted daycare with easy going and friendly educators which puts me in ease leaving my daughter there. They’ve also accomplished a lot in the short time they’ve been open. Well done!

As parents we are pleased with services rendered at this Centre. My son Joshua has improved tremendously, his speech is perfect now which I was so worried about before he joined the centre about a year ago. The other thing that I am so pleased about is the food provided for them. He use to constipated at his previous Centre, which was my second reason to move him to this Centre. Please also keep the warm hospitality with parents. We are duly informed about the progress promptly...All we can say at this juncture is to thank management and staff for their continued hard work and dedication to duty

My granddaughter is always happy to attend " her school" as she calls it. She has made many friendships and loves her teachers. She is always keen to tell me what " Miss Sarah" cooked for them to eat and before Covid, what book she chose on her excursions to the local library. Early learning centres have certainly changed over the years. I love how they really connect with the community.

I'm so pleased with my granddaughter's progress since she started at BSELC. The Educators really focus on the individual child and follow the children's interests. The Director and Staff are so respectful and support the many different cultures within the centre. As a proud Wiradjuri woman, I am welcomed into the service to share our culture as a visitor on Dharug Country.
The Director also holds a regular yarning hub, to connect with community. My granddaughter has developed many friendships with children of different cultures, religions, and also abilities. BSELC is a beautiful, inclusive environment
