My partner and I were directed to Eddie for Home loan advice and help. At the start we had no idea in terms of our power in borrowing. Eddie was honest and informed us to wait a little longer due to our circumstances. This we LOVED! nothing was sugar coated. We came back to Eddie when the time was right and boy was it ever!! We came to Eddie needing to refinance a home loan through a recommendation from a good friend. Through my own research we had a rough idea of what we wanted to achieve (paying down our loan as quickly as possible and achieving a lower interest rate on the remaining principal) but through discussions with Eddie he was able to demonstrate the value of a number of alternative strategies we had not previously considered. Eddie initially assured us he would be able to improve on our rate and was true to his word, and also secured us all the accompanying

Eddie and his team were excellent. Eddie went out of his way to obtain the best home loan deal for our refinancing needs and kept us informed along the whole process. We've used previous brokers and the main banks for other home loans over past 25 years but none have delivered the service and support like Eddie and his CHG team. Can't speak highly enough of them.
