Direct Mix decorative polished concrete reflects the breathtaking colours of the Southern Fleurieu and Yorke Peninsula's natural resources. This smooth finished concrete can be highly polished for a gloss finish or left with a rough finish if you need a non-slip surface. Either way, it is easy to maintain and extremely durable.
Our DIY concrete solutions are ideal for D.I.Y home renovators and for construction sites with difficult access and no available concrete pump. Our mini trucks supply quality ready mix concrete in Thebarton, sourced from our own quarries and plants in South Australia. It is preferred that you pay for the concrete on your credit card prior to the delivery, however; we will also accept cash but this must be paid to the driver before the concrete is unloaded. It would be preferable to place the order with us by giving at least 3 days notice, however; we will be flexible and can even deliver the same day if required.

If I could have left zero stars I would have.
The customer service with direct mix is truly appalling. Ordered a 7am delivery, got a call early morning to let me know that the delivery would be somewhere between 7.05-7.30 which was forgivable as I appreciated the call and that things happen, however the truck arrived at 8.20.
Asked for this to be reflected on the bill as we had extra hands being paid for over an hour waiting for the truck. Had to follow up myself twice without a call back and still waiting for a call back from the ‘sales rep’ two weeks later. Just blatant disrespect not even

Direct mix lol- where do I even Start
Been using them for years with constant disappointment week in week out,
Order concrete a week in advance for 7am concrete comes at 9am, same story every time
Concrete is Similar to pus and very hard to work with.
Theirs company doesn’t care for the little guys at all even when they charge top dollar for subpar concrete
Direct mix are the laughing stock of all the concrete game, and it’s only gonna get worse with the recent merge of resource-co and Davlan

Up there with one of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Generally we are Happy to put up with their consistent logistical issues they have as we understand things happen. But As repeat clients we will not continue to put up with the horrendous customer service received from their representatives on several occasions. Most recent one being their response to an incorrect load being “direct mix don’t make mistakes” when their own phone recording proves them otherwise. Absolute joke of a customer service team.

Organised a truck to deliver 1.6 cube. When the truck arrived the driver refused to go up the driveway because it was "too steep". The driver left and i was expected to cough up the total bill.
I spoke on the phone with customer service and they advised me that they only guarantee curb side delivery. I wouldn't have an issue with this but i was not advised of any terms and conditions and never signed any documents. When i questioned them they said the call centre is too busy to go through the terms.
After much arguing they agreed to give me a full refund. I would have given them 1 star but they

Called up for .4 cube and asked for a mini, was advised that only big truck available and asked if there was room for a big truck, i said yes there is room, i was not told it would cost $100 more...... not terribly impressed that i payed $244.99 for .4 of a cube of concrete.......to say the least...
