Michael at Promechanics has looked after my car for a number of years. As a young professional and busy mum, I need a reliable car serviced at home or work as needs arise. Michael has always done a fabulous job - honest, trustworthy and very capable. Mike checked our car and compared his list with the dealers.
Over half of the dealer repairs were not required and Mikes costing of the actual repairs and service was far less expensive. Mike saved us hundreds of dollars, and we have been very pleased with his service ever since. Quick and uncomplicated experience. Helpful, informative and accomodating. I didn't know what my car issue was, turns out it was a simple solution. However, if it were to be a more complicated issue, they were ready to see me through the process as best they could, or had contacts of services that would be able to get me back on the road. Have already booked in future work with them. Thank you!!

Found my new mechanic to service my car (previous mechanic retired), and Mike is outstanding, clear messaging and information when booking in, text reminder, and on time. Very easy going, friendly and professional nature with a huge smile. He explained and showed what was required before going ahead with anything. Detailed rundown of all work carried out, and shown in easy terms to understand. Very conscious of carrying out all safety aspects and detailing what may be needed for next service.

Mike was lovely and very professional and although I made a mistake in my explanation knew what needed to be done. He noticed that my tyre was also a problem and so saved me from having to deal with the consequences of that and I have another professional out to replace that soon. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service. Michael is a true professional and also incredibly generous with his time and expertise. Had a fantastic experience organising a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle with Michael at very short notice. Cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided - Michael goes above-and-beyond and is genuinely caring and helpful. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!

Excellent work. Michael has come home twice and changed my rear right wheel bearing the first time and have changed my front and rear brakes the second time. Its the best job my Toyota have ever experienced. Michael is not only pro active and knowledgeable about cars, but have great people skills and customer service. Prices are always fair and within my budget. Looking forward for my next car repair.
