Simon and Sarah Cox, with their children Xavier and Elia, established their business Indulge Apartments and Indulge Luxury Homes. Since our first complex opened in 2010, Indulge Apartments has been setting the standard for serviced apartment accommodation in Mildura. We now offer serviced apartment accommodation in Mildura at Five prime locations: Langtree, Eighth, Ontario, CBD and The Urban Collection.
First of all could I say that you will have me back again without question next time we have to go to Mildura. The reason, silly as it is is that there were actually iceblocks in the freezer. I can never understand why people never fill up the iceblock trays. The apartment was wonderful. The apartments were beautifully appointed and we sang your praises to the 20 ladies at our Meeting.

Stayed in a studio - Not a nice place.
1. Very noisy - can hear guest in rooms next door going to toilet
2. Air conditioning in room made a high pitched squealing noise which we could not make stop. Which was hard to handle as it was 38 degrees when we stayed
3. After we stayed and had checked out we were rang saying that we were going to be charged 35 dollars for using a sofa bed. I was explained that it only to be opened by the cleaners and since we opened it it would be a $35 charge to change a sheet. When I disputed this I was told on the phone that it is all over the website stating that

Fantastic apartment in a location that puts everything within Mildura at your fingertips. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance. Cleanliness is 100%, staff friendly and very accommodating. Everything you need in the kitchen. About a 3 week stay for work and zero compliments from me. See you again next time! Value for money well above the competition.

Came to Mildura for work, stayed here for one night. Booked the studio no balcony room. Self check in was a breeze, got the keys from the automated box on the first floor. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was big too! It had everything I needed for a good one night stay. And Netflix on the TV! The staff were friendly and so helpful. I needed to store my travel luggage for few hours while I was working and they gladly obliged. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in Mildura.

The apartment its self was beautiful, well equipted, modern with beautiful veiws of the town. We were however very dissapointed at the cleanliness of it, chuck of hair in the bin, shampoo over the shower wall, grubby doorhandles, marks on walls, fridge and freezer had food marks through them and the kettle was covered with stale milk spots. Not what you would expect for the price. Also the tv only has standerd channels, no streaming services and we couldn't download any to relax and watch movies..

Stayed for a single night but wish we'd had time to stay for a week!
Firstly let me assure you that customer service is not dead! The customer service here is amazing with the staff all brilliant at helping out us with a few special requests and even playing their role on check-in. Everyone went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable.
There is amazing access via easy stairs or lift and all is well appointed and well lit.
And the room was just perfect. All the little inclusions that are not skimped on made Indulge the top of our list for when we return.
