Tidball Accountancy was founded in 2014. After working in private industry for over 10 years, we found that many businesses were struggling to become organized and therefore missing out on deductions and paying more tax than required. Having backgrounds in Information Technology has allowed us to help businesses leverage technology and the cloud to create efficient, effective solutions to manage their paperwork and compliance.
At Tidball Accountancy, we have a team of Tax Practitioner's Board registered BAS and Tax Agents. When we complete your returns, we will review your return and provide additional advice that you can then apply next year to minimize your tax. We believe that everyone should understand their returns and have a simple approach to explaining the complexities of tax.
Our bookkeeping services are completely scalable, meaning you can do as much or as little as you'd like. We will work with you to tailor make a solution that will work for you. Once we scope out the required work, we will provide you with a fixed monthly fee, so you will know exactly what you will pay each month and what services we will provide for that fee.
Depending on your needs, your cloud accounting platform may be the only system you require, though you may need additional add-ons to fit the way you do business. Xero cloud based addons that do just that.

Can not recommend Teresa highly enough. Teresa goes above and beyond, brilliant, knowledgeable service. Teresa set up my Xero account for me, then very very patiently taught me how to use it. I'm in Far North Queensland and she's done all the work for me remotely, so you don't need to be close to her office for her to be able to help. This has made it so much easier to stay on top of my books, and has saved me around two full days a month.

Teresa gives up to date advice and was very prompt in organising my return and answering other questions I have. I was recommended Teresa Tidball by a business advisor. Doesnt answer her emails, doesnt answer her phone. If your business is important to you I recommend an accountant that has better communication skills, unless you enjoy being audited by the taxation department. If there was a ZERO STAR option thats what I would give her.
