We have been looking to get 2 signs done for our small business and we sent out an email to most sign makers in Mackay as we wanted the best product and the best price. We were very surprised not only at the variations in price but also the quote process. Some quotes were a 1 line reply in the email, others were full professional quotes. Price varied by 100%.
When we received the quote from Marchant, Kirsty had given us 2 options and explained the difference, she also invited us to come in and see samples before we made a decision. This straight away put them in front.
