Flashing Repair Glebe - When the customer called us they wanted a complete re-roofing of their metal roof and all of its components. The pictures above show the air ducting component and the substandard flashing repairs from the previous tradesmen who did this job. Other components we replaced include a Velux skylight, a solar powered roof vent, wall, and parapet flashing among other smaller components.
Problem: Sydney Roof was asked to investigate a problem leak in a tiled roof. Cause of the leak was that the builder had installed roof tiles on a structure with an insufficient pitch. Solution: Remove all roof tiles and install a new Colorbond Custom Orb roof, Monument in colour. We colour matched the new Colorbond roof to match the tiled roof and installed new insulation in the process.
