I used this service one time a year ago and I have requested to cancel every month when pay pal automatically pays pdfiller. I cannot get it cancelled and since January 2021, I have been trying to cancel and I always request a refund. No refunds, and yet another payment came out today.

Have been using their services for a while and honestly I like paying on a month to month basis which I have always done so. But this month I was automatically charged so I called in. Joyce at customer service wasn’t really helpful. I asked her to cancel the transaction and the reason being, I don’t want to be paying monthly, and asked how the refund process works and she seemed annoyed. She kept repeating the same thing again and again like I didn’t get it the first time around and she could just answer the question. Yes yes no no. Woke up to a $144 charge from your company. using pdf5.co and charging me and I definitely didn’t use any pdf sites especially if it’ll cost me $144 dollars. I am disabled and don’t need these scares in my life. Fix this

Deceptive site says to cancel -click My Account then Cancel Subscrip. Wrong it’s Delete Acct but errors out -must be on a desktop PC. Auto renews if you don’t find a desktop in time.

This is so gooood. You'll have to sign up for the service if you want to save your doc, but they have a free thirty day trial, so it's not so bad. Very helpful

This company has *the worst* customer service. DO NOT give them your email and subscribe. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to unsubscribe or contact them to try and unsubscribe. It’s like the gym membership that you want to cancel and somehow can’t.

Would be a good service if i was informed from the beginning that an $80 subscription would turn into a $120 one. Not sure if it was something stupid like an exchange rate but a little heads up to others next time will be great. Don't fall for what i did READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
