Panache Living had its beginnings in 2003. From a small operation run from home, we moved to the Swan Valley. There the business thrived in combination with a restaurant and garden. In 2011 we were fortunate to obtain retail space in the Padbury buildings in Guildford where we are now situated. Ordered something from the online store to be delivered for Christmas that they happened to be out of stock of. The staff were so friendly in offering me a refund or another option. I by chance dropped in to Panache some months ago and was pleasantly surprised by the great range of stylish homeware and gift idea's. The ladies that have served me in store before are fantastic and very helpful ! I applaud their service ! I’ve spent quite a bit their also previously.
Sadly I’ve been in twice where the gentleman has no idea of service .
Today I went in to purchase a gorgeous ring, I hadn’t touched anything and he asked me to sanitise my hand with the sanitiser at door, I said I had just next door and I do have my own on me. Which I pulled out . He said no I prefer if you use this. And said I was difficult.( which I wasn’t being) I understand due to current covid19, the importance due to having a auto

Panache Living sell unique, beautiful gifts & a variety of homewares, so if your looking to give a loved one whether it be family or friends something special this gorgeous place is for you! Panache have the most wonderful window display especially around xmas & they sell such lovely xmas decorations too! You won't be disappointed there's something for everyone & the staff are lovely & helpful! It's one of my favourite places to shop!
