I had booked a bin to dump garden waste into as part of a backyard renovation and then found out that the paving supplier could not provide materials for several months. Vicki answered the call and quickly and professionally dealt with the cancellation and refunded the money. I'll be re-booking their services when the paving can be supplied. I've used these guys twice now. I have a fairly difficult drop off spot and the drivers have nailed it every time. The admin staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use them again 👍

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I range a couple of option and The Bin Guys pricing was the best. We had travelled from Brisbane to help my family sort out a deceased estate so timing was critical. They delivered when they said they would and the driver rang when he was on the way as promised. Every time I phoned them the person answering was friendly and professional. We had some issues on our end and requested that the skip be picked up ASAP - despite being fully booked for early pick ups they went out of their way to pick up the skip two days early (the same day we requested early
