We booked and enjoyed the instore lounge experience. It was amazing - felt so very spoilt by the wonderful Fiona. She offered suggestions, organised for different sizes and styles to appear and made sure we had… plenty to drink and were happy. The clothes are beautiful and feel so lovely to wear. I walked away for excited by my purchases and feeling so special. Thank you Birdsnest, this is a wonderful innovation and I’ll be back to buy my winter wardrobe.

I love ordering online from Birdsnest, and absolutely love love LOVE browsing in the shop at Cooma (which stocks the current seasons' stock in the most popular sizes.) The shopfront is updated every season from floral blossoms in Spring to colourful leaves in Autumn. The changerooms are very roomy and the staff are always more than happy to bring in additional garments (from the warehouse adjoining the shop) if the size isn't quite right for you. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and if you like the look of something that's not in your size, the staff go out of their way to

I recently placed my first order with Birdsnest because I had been extremely disappointed with the clothing I was receiving from EziBuy. Well I can tell you I was absolutely blown away from the minute I confirmed my order. I placed the order Thursday evening and received it Friday morning the next day. I would not have thought that was possible. Everything was so well packaged inside a little drawstring bag. All the clothes were folded so neatly with tissue paper along with another bag for any returns. There was also a hand written note to me. I was so happy with everything I bought too. The quality

I ordered my dress at 1030 am on a Monday and had receieved it by 2 pm the following day (I am Sydney based). The dress itself was stunning and fits really well. But the best aspect of this shop is the process. If you are looking for a particular article of clothing, say denim jeans or a long skirt, the helpful staff will guide you through the catalogue. Then, with a touch of a button, your selection is shipped directly from the adjacent warehouse for you to try on.
